This is one of (hopefully) many pieces in a new series I'm working on that revolve around encounters with ink monsters. I am using gouache for the first time...well technically second but the first attempt is something I'm still working on. I'm still using the built-in camera cause I don't have access to the scanner, so the colors are more vibrant in the actual drawing.
